Terms of use

Last updated November 2026

HelperHub is a free service for organising volunteers for schools, clubs and community groups. By setting up a group you agree to the following.

Fair use

• Use HelperHub only to organise volunteers and contributions for your group's genuine activities.
• Don't use it to send marketing, spam or anything unrelated to the volunteer sign-ups.
• Only use volunteers' contact details to organise the activity they signed up for.
• Don't impersonate another group or person, or collect sensitive information through the sign-up form.

Limits

To keep the service free and reliable, each group has a daily email limit, and new groups start with a lower limit. Emails over the limit are sent later, once there's room.

Our part

We run HelperHub in good faith but provide it "as is", without guarantees. Keep your own record of important rosters, for example by printing the sign-in sheet. We may change or stop the service, and may suspend groups that break these terms or put the service at risk.
